Terms of use
These terms describe the current free Founder OS service and the responsibilities that apply when you access it.
Service operator and agreement
Founder OS is the product name. Formal operator and jurisdiction details must be configured and published before advertising or paid services are activated. By creating an account or using the authenticated workspace, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice.
Access and accounts
You may create one free account using an email address you control. No payment card is currently required. You are responsible for access to your email account, for ending sessions on shared devices and for activity performed through your authenticated session. Availability may be limited to protect the service, prevent abuse or perform maintenance.
Your content
You retain responsibility for information you enter. You grant the service operator only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display to you and export that information as part of operating Founder OS. You must have the right to submit the content and must avoid unnecessary personal, confidential or regulated data.
Founder judgement remains essential
Scores, summaries, examples and AI output support structured thinking. They do not guarantee demand, funding, compliance, profitability, product-market fit or commercial success and do not replace customer evidence or qualified legal, financial, tax, security or other professional advice.
Responsible use
Do not use Founder OS for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, deceptive content, malware, spam, automated account creation, unauthorized access, security testing without written permission, service disruption or attempts to bypass account and usage boundaries.
Public materials and fictional examples
The Founder OS name, interface and original public materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. The Accounting Automation journey is fictional and provided only to demonstrate workflow structure. You may not present its invented claims, people or results as real evidence.
Changes, suspension and closure
The service may change as it develops. Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes when practical. Access may be restricted for security, abuse, legal or operational reasons. Eligible users can export their data and request account closure from Settings; export anything you need first.
Availability and liability boundary
Founder OS is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted operation, permanent storage and error-free output cannot be guaranteed. Any limitation or exclusion of liability applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the actual service operator and user relationship.
